John Dunne Claims Management is an independent company providing claims, sales, administrative and consultancy services to the insurance sector.

The services are provided to a diverse range to clients including insurance companies, brokers and distributors, affinity groups, internet insurance service providers, government agencies and self-administered insurance programmes.

John Dunne Claims Management is regulated by the Central Bank of Ireland. Codes of conduct are applied by the Central Bank of Ireland and can be accessed at www.centralbank.ie

Complaints Service
We ask that you make any complaint against our firm to us in writing. Please address your complaint to:

We will do our best to deal with your complaint as quickly and efficiently as possible.

We will acknowledge your complaint within 5 days and we will fully investigate it. On completion of our investigation, we will give you a written response of the outcome. If you are still not satisifed with our handling of, or response to your complaint, you are entitled to refer the matter to:
